INTERESTED IN BECOMING A PARISH COUNCILLOR?
Innsworth Parish Council has 3 vacancies and is looking for new councillors to fill these empty seats.
It’s easy to become a Parish Councillor. All you need to do is show that you have a connection to the Parish of Innsworth (by being resident here, or having an interest in land or business in the Parish) and that you want to serve the community. Parish Council meetings are held on the last Monday of the month at 7 pm at Innsworth Community Hall and usually last about 2 hours.
There is no application form, or any educational requirements. If you are interested in serving as a councillor please contact us – either by sending an email or writing a short letter to give us some brief details about yourself. Contact details are given below.
If you think you may be interested but want more information, you are welcome to speak to the Chairman, Cllr Pat Austin, on 01452 730041. Or you can call in to the Community Hall on Monday or Wednesday morning, between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm to speak to the Clerk. You may also like to look at our website: www.innsworth-pc.co.uk.
